This website is operated by Boltz R&D (prop. Yatin Khurana). Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Boltz R&D. We offer this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.
DISCLAIMER: This product is sold as a development board and is not certified by CE, FCC, or any other regulatory bodies. It is the sole responsibility of the integrator or manufacturer to ensure that the final device incorporating this board complies with all applicable laws and certifications.
Payments made via Razorpay or PayPal are subject to these terms and conditions. By proceeding with the payment, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. Payments are non-refundable except as stated in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Transactions made via Razorpay or PayPal are processed securely. However, we shall not be responsible for any third-party payment gateway errors or interruptions.
You must provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and payment details for all transactions. If any fraudulent activity is detected, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction and report the activity to relevant authorities.
Refunds are processed in line with our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.
Razorpay and PayPal are third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for their performance, security measures, or policies. Any issues related to payment processing should be directed to Razorpay, PayPal, or your respective bank.
Your payment details are handled securely via Razorpay or PayPal. We do not store or access sensitive payment details such as card numbers. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for failed transactions, incorrect payments, or additional fees incurred due to currency conversions or payment provider policies. In case of disputes, our maximum liability is limited to the total transaction amount.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be updated on this page. Continued use of the service constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all consultancy, design, development, and research services provided by Boltz R&D (“the Company”) to the Client. By engaging Boltz R&D’s services, confirming a quotation, issuing a purchase order, or making any payment toward the initial milestone, the Client is deemed to have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in full.
Nature of Services: All services rendered by Boltz R&D are research and development (R&D) in nature. While the Company applies professional skill and reasonable best efforts, R&D inherently involves uncertainties. No specific results or performance guarantees are provided, and all deliverables are supplied on a best-effort basis without warranties.
Liability and Risk: The Client acknowledges the risks associated with R&D and prototyping. Boltz R&D shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, failures, or losses arising from hardware, software, or firmware developed or tested during the engagement.
Limitation of Liability: The Company’s total liability shall not exceed the fees actually paid by the Client for the specific project. Under no circumstances shall Boltz R&D be liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
Client Responsibilities: The Client must provide timely data, hardware, access, and approvals. Delays caused by the Client will extend project timelines without penalty on Boltz R&D.
Damage to Components: While care is taken during development, the Client accepts that experimental work may unintentionally damage components. Replacement parts shall be provided by the Client at their own cost.
Timelines and Delivery: All schedules are estimates. No claims or penalties shall arise solely from delivery delays.
Costing and Scope: Quoted fees apply only to the defined scope. Additional requirements or technical challenges will be billed separately with mutual agreement.
Change Control: Scope changes must be documented and approved in writing. Verbal or informal instructions are not binding.
Payment and Termination: Payments follow the milestone schedule and are non-refundable. If the project is terminated early, Boltz R&D retains all payments already received.
Intellectual Property: All IP remains with Boltz R&D until full payment is made. After full payment, IP may be transferred or licensed per the quotation terms.
Use of Deliverables: Deliverables are for evaluation and testing only. Commercial deployment requires written approval.
Third-Party Components: Boltz R&D is not liable for issues related to third-party materials or licenses used within the project.
Data and Backup: The Client is responsible for maintaining backups. Boltz R&D is not liable for data loss during development.
Confidentiality: Both parties must protect confidential information. This obligation continues after project completion.
Warranties and Indemnities: Boltz R&D disclaims all implied warranties. The Client shall indemnify and hold Boltz R&D harmless from claims arising from Client’s use or modification of deliverables.
Non-Solicitation: The Client shall not hire or solicit Boltz R&D personnel for 12 months after the project without written consent.
Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for delays due to events beyond its control.
Independent Contractor: Boltz R&D operates as an independent contractor, not an employee or partner.
Severability and Amendment: Invalid provisions do not affect the remaining terms. Changes must be mutually agreed in writing.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction in Delhi and Ghaziabad courts.
Acceptance: These Terms are deemed accepted upon order confirmation, purchase order issuance, or initial milestone payment.
Testing and Validation: The Client is responsible for full testing and validation before any commercial use.
Publicity Rights: Boltz R&D may reference the Client’s name and project details for portfolio use unless otherwise agreed.
